With over 40 years of insurance experience, Irene Revels is the powerhouse behind Great USA Property & Casualty. Her journey began insuring builders and contractors in New York City before opening her own agency in Kissimmee, FL with Allstate, where she spent over 20 years managing quoting, new business, claims, and daily operations.
She has served as an Agency Manager and Consultant and holds a 120 Surplus Lines License. Irene is licensed across multiple states, including FL, CA, NV, MA, NC, and TX.
In 2014, she founded Great USA Property & Casualty with the belief that “the best investment you can make in life is investing in yourself.”
In her free time, Irene enjoys walking on the beach, playing golf, keeping fit, and baking cakes.

Dale Revels – Vice President & Co-Founder
Dale Revels holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University (Class of 1981) and brings 39 years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry. He began his career with Allstate Insurance in March 1987 and served as President of the National Association of Allstate Agents from 2004 to 2008.
In 2014, Dale and Irene co-founded Great USA Property & Casualty Insurance with a shared commitment to helping clients protect their homes, autos, and businesses from loss.
Dale lives by the principles, always do your best, be impeccable with your word, and never make assumptions.
In his free time, Dale enjoys golfing, bike riding, and spending time with his incredible Dachshund, Belle.

Krista Neveu – Senior Producing Agent
Krista Neveu brings 11 years of insurance experience with a focus on personal home and auto policies. She is passionate about helping clients bundle their coverage to secure the best protection while saving money. Krista has been a Notary Public since 2010, began as a Customer Service Representative at Great USA Property & Casualty in 2014, and earned her 2-20 General Lines License in 2019.
In her free time, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their two sons, Liam and Dylan. When she’s not at the gym, you’ll likely find her cheering at a sporting event or relaxing by the pool.

Lara Beth – Marketing & Customer Service Representative
Lara Beth joined the insurance industry in May 2025, bringing a strong background in digital marketing, technical support, and over a decade of experience in hospitality and customer service. A former Disney cast member, she played a key role in opening four major properties, including Tiffins, Oga’s Cantina, Disney’s Riviera Resort, and the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. She earned a quarterly award and received over 80 guest recognitions, 50 of which were during her first six months on the Starcruiser.
People are her passion. As an extrovert, she thrives on helping others and being socially engaged. Her day starts with a long walk alongside her 10-year-old Shiba Inu, Harley Quinn.
